The FDA’s New Dietary Ingredients (NDI) Guidance, if enforced as written, could remove trusted dietary supplements from the marketplace and significantly increase the prices of the remaining products.   Please join us in asking Congress to demand that the FDA not use appropriated funding in the enforcement of new dietary ingredients (NDIs) until this Guidance is withdrawn or drastically modified to comply with Congressional intent.
