According to the National Cancer Institute,1 an estimated 1.7 million new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in the United States in 2018. The most common cancers are breast cancer, lung and bronchus cancer, prostate cancer and colon and rectum cancer. Cancer mortality is higher in women than in men and over 35 percent of men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their life. Read more.
