New Illinois Law Mandates Electric Charging Stations in all New and Renovated Homes
Illinois is set to become the first state in the nation to mandate the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the garages of newly constructed or renovated homes. This is after the passage of Senate Bill 40, known as the “Electric Vehicle Charging Act,” which was introduced by Democratic State Sen. Sara Feigenholtz supposedly to strengthen the state’s commitment to having at least one million EVs on the road by 2030. Read more.
FDA Revokes EUA for Johnson & Johnson/Janssen’s COVID-19 Vaccine
On June 1, 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) withdrew the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Johnson & Johnson/Janssen’s adenovirus vectored Ad26.COV2.S (also known as JNJ-78436735) COVID-19 vaccine that had been granted to the companies on Feb. 27, 2021. The Truth about “Product of USA” and “Made in the USA”
Under current regulations, meat, poultry, and egg products from animals born and raised in another country, can be labeled as “Product of USA” as long as they were reprocessed in the United States.
