Thank you for your support. The industry response was strong enough – and Sen. Durbin’s amendment was bad enough – to fail in a vote of 77-20. His amendment was tabled this time, but be assured that he and his ilk will continue to look for opportunities to tear down the dietary supplement industry via burdensome laws and regulations.
