Vaccine Laws
Posted September 30, 2019
Welcome to NVIC’s webpage on vaccine laws. Here you will be able to access resources that will assist you in making educated vaccine decisions. For example, you can learn about the differences between vaccine requirements that govern being able to attend school or daycare and a federal vaccine recommendation. There are also resources below that will help you find out which types of vaccine exemptions are available in your state, how to protect and expand vaccine exemptions, and much more. Read more.
Shining a Light on Tetanus
The tetanus vaccine has been associated with some of the most controversial vaccines ever created, appearing in combination shots with diphtheria and pertussis (like DPT), as well as anti-fertility vaccines created by the World Health Organization (WHO). How did it end up on our vaccine schedules? What do we know about its history, safety, and effectiveness? Let’s start from the beginning… Read more.
Are You Eating Pork Injected with Merck’s nRNA Livestock Vaccine?
- For the last couple of years, I’ve recommended not eating pork due to its high linoleic acid (LA) content, but there’s an even bigger reason to avoid it now. Since 2018, pork producers have been using customizable mRNA-based “vaccines” on their herds.
- The very first RNA-based livestock vaccine, a swine influenza (H3N2) RNA shot licensed in 2012, was developed by Harrisvaccines. Read more.
U.S. Autism Rate Rises to One in 36 Children
On Mar. 24, 2023, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published an analysis in its epidemiological digest Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) which found the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) among children eight years old in the United States to be one in 36 (2.8 percent). New Study Reveals Just How Badly Vaccine Mandates Failed
New data on natural immunity and the safety of COVID vaccines cast doubt on the wisdom of mass vaccination campaigns. Action Alert! The public health response to the COVID pandemic, particularly at the outset, boiled down to: stay at home, wash your hands, and wait for the vaccines. Once the vaccines were sped through emergency approval, vaccine passports and mandates soon followed suit. If you didn’t get the vaccine, you were being selfish—so went the conventional wisdom. Many U.S. Universities End COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates
Many universities and colleges in the United States required proof of COVID-19 vaccinations for attendance when the shots were first introduced and, until recently, many of these academic institutions also required receipt of the new COVID bivalent booster shots.1 But almost two years since the rollout of the original COVID shots, many universities and colleges are now dropping their mandatory COVID requirements as a condition of students being able to enroll. Empower Parents with the Parental Rights Amendment
There is a long precedent of respect for parental rights in the United States but there is also a troubling history of challenges to those rights which do not always end in the parents’ favor. From before a baby is even born the battle for medical freedom begins. Does a pregnant Mom have the right to decline a flu shot if she has questions about whether it’s what’s best for her baby? Can parents decline the hep-B shot at birth? Can a mother choose to nurse even if the hospital is pushing formula? Read more.
Positive Correlation between the Number of Vaccine Doses and Infant Mortality
According to Dr. E. G. Bailey, a bioinformatics course instructor and her students, vaccine hesitancy “has intensified due to the rapid development and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.” They voice concern regarding “anti-vaccine information” being shared on social media, and appear to target for retraction a 2011 peer-reviewed study published in the journal Human and Experimental Toxicology that I coauthored with Neil Miller. In this paper, we reported a counterintuitive correlation demonstrating that among the most highly developed nations, those that require the most vaccines for their infants tend to have the worst infant mortality rates (IMRs) Read more.
Jacking up the Price of Lemons: the COVID Vaccine Scam
In July 2020, the U.S. government ordered 100 million doses of Pfizer/BioNTech’s experimental BNT162b2 (now known as Comirnaty) messenger RNA (mRNA) COVID-19 biologic for $1.95 billion, or $19.50 per dose. A few months later in December, it followed up with a second order for another 100 million doses of the shot for the same price. Read more.
