A 2013 search of the National Vaccine Information Center database shows 52,835 negative reactions reported for the DtaP vaccine. By 2012, 119 reports of death, 894 cases of disability and 9,889 emergency room visits were related to the HPV vaccine. The National Vaccine Information Center, as of March 2012, showed 66,554 serious adverse reactions to the hepatitis B vaccine, including 1,500 deaths.
