There is still a huge suppression of information about the vitamin C, D, magnesium, zinc, and selenium protocol for reducing risk of Covid-19. [1] For example, this suppression has been perpetuated by doctors who didn’t study nutrition in medical school, and government agencies that have promoted nutrient supplements only to prevent outright deficiencies like scurvy. People are saying this protocol is not effective because there are no randomized, double-blind studies showing its efficacy. That type of study has not been done for many reasons, including the prevailing scientific method that only studies one nutrient at a time, the paucity of funding available for testing nutrient protocols — since most funding for medical treatments comes from drug companies, and the politics of the medical establishment. Posted April 22, 2021
Pomegranate has been called an antioxidant superstar. In fact, researchers have confirmed that pomegranate has three times the antioxidant power of red wine and green tea.[i] The antioxidant impact in pomegranate comes from compounds known as polyphenols. Pomegranate includes flavonoids (catechin and anthocyanins), condensed tannins, phenolic acids, hydrolysable tannins (punicalagin), alkaloids and lignans. Read more.

Are Vaccine Passports the Answer?
Posted April 22, 2021
The scientific and ethical problems with vaccine passports. The Biden Administration issued an executive order that, among other things, called on federal agencies to “assess the feasibility of linking COVID-19 vaccination to International Certificates of Vaccination Prophylaxis (ICVPs) and producing electronic versions of ICVPs.” This adds to fears that those who choose not to be vaccinated will have many privileges closed to them. Are ‘Clotters’ At High Risk?
Posted April 22, 2021
Rare clotting events are occurring after some COVID vaccines. Are you at risk? Action Alert! Following reports of serious blood clotting events after vaccination with the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine, health authorities have recommended pausing distribution of that vaccine. We’ve seen countries overseas halt the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine after similar instances of dangerous blood clotting. The Dangers of Root Canals and How to Treat Them
Posted April 22, 2021
The conventional idea is that it’s best to preserve whatever you can of the original tooth rather than replacing it entirely. The downside is that root canal-treated teeth can cause significant health complications that often aren’t recognized as being a side effect of the root canal. Read more.
Modern Agriculture is Militarized
Posted April 22, 2021
If there were a prime example of all that is wrong with modern-day agriculture, Iowa would be a strong frontrunner. In 2019, the state had 3,963 large concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) — which refers to those with 1,000 animals or more — up from 789 in 1990.1 The average large hog CAFO in Iowa has at least 2,500 pigs, while some house 24,000. As the leader among hog-producing states, Iowa had more than 22.7 million hogs in 2017, which produce 68 billion pounds of manure annually — at least 68 times the amount of fecal waste produced by Iowa’s 3.15 million residents.
