In 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. legislators took steps to protect Americans from “forever chemicals” (see 1, 2, 3).  Regardless, renowned environmental lawyer Rob Billett announced last month that he would be filing a nationwide class action lawsuit on behalf of Americans already harmed by them.  Of course, a recent announcement from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) may inspire even more litigation.
