At a hearing on January 12^th, 2023, delays in a federal water fluoridation trial have come to a halt, as Judge Edward Chen denied the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s motion for another six-month delay that its attorney had sought. EPA is being sued by the educational non-profit Fluoride Action Network (FAN) and other health advocates for ignoring scientific evidence that water fluoridation is harmful to children’s brains.
