By combining Orthomolecular science and Microbiome science we find information necessary for the restoration and optimization, over multiple generations, of the health of widespread living systems, such as a local farm community. In our view, the living system called “farm community” consists of the soil, water, air, microbes, plants, insects, wildlife, and livestock of a farm plus the local community of people that receive food and information from the farm.
